  Great Forest has working relationships with most reputable ESCOs (Energy Service Companies). Through competitive bidding at strategic times, we extract maximum market value for our clients.

• Utility and supplier cost validation-
  Great Forest's rate/cost models replicate both the utility's delivery and the ESCOs' specific supply rates to ensure that contracted costs have been charged accurately.

• Procurement / services contract analysis and negotiation-
  Great Forest conducts a series of thorough analyses on facilities' energy usage, demand, costs, budget and other risk tolerances that may warrant negotiation of an energy contract. We help structure appropriate energy services with the utility company, local suppliers and economic development agencies.

• Account maintenance including ESCO and utility support-
  We provide general support and assistance for all utility-related questions and are available to train staff and management as needed. If a billing error is discovered, we lead the negotiations to collect any overcharges and back it up with our rate models and cost validations.

• Carbon footprint analysis-
  Our trained staff can perform carbon footprint analysis covering all or part of business operations. Great Forest can provide independent verification of greenhouse gas inventories, tailored to our clients' needs.
