Work on the project included waste auditing, recycling program development, tenant and janitorial education and ongoing consumables metrics reporting.Great Forest continues to manage the waste and recycling program for the building. |

111 Wall Street, New York, NY, Citibank Operations and Technology - LEED CI (Gold)In March 2010, Citibank's Operations and Technology office at 111 Wall Street was awarded LEED Gold under the LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) Version 2.0 rating system. Project highlights include a 46% water use reduction, 80% demolition and construction waste diversion, 100% green powered, and ENERGY STAR equipment and appliances for 98% of all rated power. Early planning enabled the project to set high goals and stick to them. Enhanced commissioning, a high performance green cleaning program, and sophisticated sub-metering equipment are just a few of the strategies that will ensure continued green performance for Citi for some time to come. |

315 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA - LEED (Silver)Great Forest worked to maximize and report diversion rates towards LEED credits as part of the team that helped the building obtain certification. The building now uses less water, circulate air better, and divert more materials from landfills. |

770 Broadway, New York, NY - LEED EB: O&M (Silver)Great Forest managed the successful completion of the LEED for Existing Buildings project for Vornado Realty's 770 Broadway, which attained a silver certification for green operations such as the significant reductions in energy and water consumption and a robust recycling program. |

555 California Street, San Francisco, CA - LEED EB: O&M (Certified)555 California Street became the largest building in the city to achieve LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance. Great Forest worked to maximize and report diversion rates towards LEED credits as part of the team that helped the building obtain certification. The building now use less water, circulate air better, and divert more materials from landfills. |

900 Third Avenue, New York, NY - LEED EB: O&M (Certified)Paramount Group's 900 Third Avenue earned LEED for Existing Buildings certification. Great Forest managed the certification process and implemented waste and recycling initiatives that effectively divert waste, achieving a diversion rate of 60%. Additional project highlights include an ENERGY STAR rating of 77 and water efficient fixtures that have brought usage levels to 36% below the LEED baseline. Due to LEED performance enhancements, the project will have a simple payback period of 3.7 years, at which point the amount saved from efficiencies will match the amount spent on certification. |

certified with 36 points. Great Forest managed the process, helping to

completing waste audits, water efficiency calculations, and transit

515 Madison, New York, NY - LEED CI (Certified)Great Forest managed the successful completion of the LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) project for two renovated floors in the grand 77-year old neo-classical building, 515 Madison Avenue. The Newmark Knight Frank property recently underwent a $5 million renovation that included a cooling tower system installation, a new lobby and entranceway. |
