Great Forest's LEED® accredited professionals help building owners and managers coordinate the design, implement the phases of sustainability initiatives, achieve LEED certification and communicate the message of sustainability to both occupants and the public at large.

 

Citibank Operations and Technology, 111 Wall Street - LEED CI (Gold)

In March, Citibank's Operations and Technology office at 111 Wall Street was awarded LEED Gold under the LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) Version 2.0 rating system. Project highlights include a 46% water use reduction, 80% demolition and construction waste diversion, 100% green powered, and ENERGY STAR equipment and appliances for 98% of all rated power. Early planning enabled the project to set high goals and stick to them. Enhanced commissioning, a high performance green cleaning program, and sophisticated sub-metering equipment are just a few of the strategies that will ensure continued green performance for Citi for some time to come.


640 Fifth Avenue- LEED certified

Owned and managed by Vornado Realty Trust, 640 Fifth Avenue was LEED certified with 36 points. Great Forest managed the process, helping to create official sustainability policies and plans for the building, and coordinating the submission of documentation to the USBGC. Work included completing waste audits, water efficiency calculations, and transit surveys.

 

330 Madison

 

330 Madison - LEED EB: O&M

Great Forest is proud to announce that Vornado Realty's 330 Madison has attained LEED Existing Building: Operations and Maintainance certification.  Great Forest managed the successful LEED process for the building.

770 Broadway - LEED EB: O&M (Silver)

Great Forest managed the successful LEED process for 770 Broadway, which attained a silver certification for LEED EB: O&M. The building is owned by Vornado Realty.

Metlife building, Long Island City, NY - LEED EB: O&M (Silver)

Metlife Building in Long Island City is First in NYC to be Awarded LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintainance

 

 

515 Madison

 

515 Madison - LEED CI (Pending)

Great Forest is guiding the LEED CI (Commericial Interiors) process for the grand 77-year old neo-classical buiding at 515 Madison. The Newmark Knight Frank property recently underwent a $5 million renovation.

 

Bushwick Inlet Park

 

Bushwick Inlet Park, Brooklyn, NY - LEED (Pending)

Great Forest guided the LEED process for the first phase of the project, which will inclulde a multipurpose athletic field when completed.
