Great Forest is LEED Consultant for 515 Madison

Following a $5 million renovation, Newmark Knight Frank's building at 515 Madison Avenue is expected to achieve LEED certification (LEED-EB and LEED CI) by the U.S. Green Building Council in the near future. Great Forest consultants guided the LEED certification process for the grand 77-year old neo-classical building.
