Great Forest consultants assist clients in using the EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager as a benchmarking tool. We work with clients, who are applying for LEED, to use Portfolio Manager for obtaining credits. For New York City properties, we provide support in meeting the requirements of the newly passed Greener, Greater Buildings Plan, which requires an annual assessment of water and energy use through the EPA's Portfolio Manager tool.

Great Forest consultants also handle clients' applications for an ENERGY STAR label. We collect, enter and submit the client's energy data as well as advice clients on how to improve energy performance in order to reach a rating of 75 or higher in Portfolio Manager, making the building eligible for an ENERGY STAR label.
